  Watch out for Ms P in third grade. Berated and belittled my nephew until he called himself stupid and looked forward to dropping out in 5th grade. If it weren’t for his counselor (who has sadly retired), who knows where he would be. He is now, no thanks to Ms P, an honor roll student and thriving. It’s a shame that this woman is still teaching.

  As a realtor it's my goal to provide my clients with a nice closing experience. They are spending a great deal of money and starting your journey with a title company whose job is to catch the little details of the contracts is crucial. In almost 100% of my conversations with my escrow officer Candy she would tell me that she "had 90 million things to do" as if implying that the realtors and families involved in the transaction had more luxury of time than she did. Or that she was somehow too busy to do the job she was hired to do. HUD statements were sent out to my client less $27,000.00., (that had to be corrected), a huge delay in sending the receipt of earnest money, items had to be re notarized and re overnight , just to find out the original was fine, due to mis-information . And in an effort to finally get things to run smoother and after communicating to her that I would be driving 3 and one half hours from Houston to Marble Falls to go over the non realty sales items to make sure the paperwork was in place she did not have even 5 seconds to give me to go over the papers, when I arrived. which ultimately caused a 2 hour delay on the closing and my client having to delay his business trip for me to drive around to get s notarized bill of sale signed ( when it could have been taken care of smoothly the day prior )... But alas she had "90 million things to do." Very disappointing experience

  So thankful! After the accident, I didn't know who to call. I found Mr. Walne on the internet, and when I called, I didn't know what to expect. But, I needed answers. I needed someone who could just take over and handle everything me and my family were dealing with. We didn't have insurance for medical bills, and we didn't know what to say to car insurance companies when they called. After talking to Mr. Walne, he handled everything, and his office was so easy to work with. Instead of me trying to get a hold of them, they managed everything, and we are so much better now. I absolutely love them and cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and my family!
